Test Your CRM Integration As The Admin

As with any technology, it’s a good idea to do some basic testing before rolling it out to ensure everything is working properly and you didn’t miss anything.  The main thing we want to validate is that information is flowing back and forth as expected between Playbooks and your CRM.

Add Your Team Members

Now it’s time to go back to your Team setup page.  You’ll want to add one user first and have them test the CRM integration using their level of permissions.  Once testing is successful, you can go ahead and add the other users to the team.  They will get an email invite which will walk them through the initial setup.
