Purchasing Additional Licenses
How to purchase additional Playbooks licenses
Talk to your Customer Success Manger (CSM) if you need more licenses. An order form will be generated and sent to your billing administrator/purchasing department to review and sign via Docusign.
Your CSM is here to help you with all your Billing Portal needs:
- Account and Key Contact information
- Order information
- Invoice information
- Purchase of additional licenses or services
For expedited service related to purchasing additional licenses or services, please email your CSM with the required number of seats, desired license start date, purchase order number (if required), and license subdomain (where applicable). Please be advised that there will be a 24 to 48 hour turn around on all license requests, and provisioning of the licenses is predicated on your account being current on all past invoices. Any delinquent invoices will result in your license request being withheld until your account balance is current.
