Dial Attempt Is Failing

I’m trying to make a call and it will not connect. How can I diagnose what the problem is?

First Step

Let’s start at the beginning…click the yellow Dial button or hyperlinked phone number. Does your station phone ring?

Connecting the Agent/Station Phone

Use the flow diagram below to troubleshoot why your station phone is not ringing after you initiate a call.

Connecting to the Customer/Lead

If you are able to connect the Agent to the phone call, but the system is not dialing out to the customer, use this flow diagram to help troubleshoot.
